About the Company

Rehirable is hiring in behalf of EMC Expo, which is an exhibition and event company based in Utrecht, specializing in exhibition stand construction, events and expo displays.

The company is looking for a hands-on, versatile professional who can support its online marketing activities while helping coordinate day-to-day office operations.

The Role

This is a varied role combining online marketing, communication and practical office coordination. You'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, support marketing campaigns and help keep daily operations organized.

Your Responsibilities

• Marketing & Communication
• Support email marketing and email campaigns
• Manage and contribute to social media activities
• Help create customer promotions and discount campaigns
• Maintain and improve the company's online presence
• Assist with marketing content, materials and general campaigns

Office & Coordination

• Support day-to-day office coordination and administration
• Welcome visitors, suppliers and vendors
• Receive deliveries and help coordinate incoming items
• Keep office activities organized and running smoothly
• Assist the team with general administrative and coordination tasks

What We're Looking For

• Experience in marketing, communications, office coordination or a similar role
• Practical knowledge of online marketing, social media and email campaigns
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to take initiative
• Ability to manage different tasks and work independently
• Willingness to combine marketing responsibilities with practical office support
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Available to work full-time on-site in Utrecht

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary, approximately €3,500 depending on experience
