The role

As Solution Architect Finance, you are the bridge between Finance and Technology. You speak the language of the business and know how to translate complex challenges into SAP-based solutions that are scalable and built to last. You design and maintain end-to-end solution architectures that support Finance processes across the entire SAP landscape, from blueprint to roadmap.

You also play a clear advisory role, with direct visibility to Finance, Compliance and Technology stakeholders at an international level. They rely on you as a trusted sparring partner when it comes to solution design and architectural decisions. You look beyond the technology itself: you assess the business impact of every choice and make sure solutions contribute to standardized, future-proof Finance operations. At the same time, you ensure every design meets enterprise standards, financial controls and European regulatory requirements.

That makes this a truly varied role. You bring together Finance process owners, SAP specialists, integration teams and external implementation partners, and you provide architectural leadership on Finance-related SAP initiatives and transformation programs, including the move to SAP S/4HANA.

Your profile

You're not just a technology architect: you understand how Finance works, from Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash to Financial Closing, Tax, Treasury and Compliance. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Finance, Business Information Management, Engineering or a related field, and bring 7+ years of experience in Finance-related technology environments, including at least 3 years as a Solution Architect. You have extensive, hands-on SAP Finance experience and know how to turn business requirements into effective solution designs. Experience in international retail, S/4HANA programs, or a TOGAF or SAP certification is a plus.

You're a credible partner for process experts and SAP specialists alike. You communicate clearly, thrive in complex, fast-moving international organizations and always focus on simplicity, scalability and long-term value.

The offer

Of course, this comes with a strong package: a salary between €90.000 and €100.000 per year based on a 38-hour week, plus an annual bonus of 10% to 20% based on company and personal targets.
