Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The Plumber will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning of water and drainage systems, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Repairs:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.

- Identify and troubleshoot issues with pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing components.

2. Pipefitting:

- Cut, thread, and bend pipes to required angles and shapes using hand and power tools.

- Install pipes and plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.

3. Maintenance:

- Conduct regular maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent leaks and other issues.

- Inspect plumbing systems and components to ensure compliance with local and national

plumbing codes.

4. Blueprints and Specifications:

- Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing installations.

- Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate plumbing activities with overall

project plans.

5. Troubleshooting:

- Diagnose plumbing issues and determine the best course of action for repairs.

- Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges in a timely and efficient manner.

6. Customer Service:

- Interact with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to address questions and concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized plumbing apprenticeship program.
• Valid plumbing license.
• Proven experience as a Plumber in residential and commercial settings.
• Knowledge of local and national plumbing codes.
• Familiarity with plumbing tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English, B1.

Driver license is required!!

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy plumbing equipment and materials.

- Comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces.

Wages and accommodation:

1. Wage ranges between 500-600 weekly depending on experience.
2. Accommodation is already deducted from this salary and will range between 100-130.
3. Accommodation type will be single room or studio.
4. Work will be around Rotterdam. If this is not the case, you will be notified before coming to the
5. Netherlands.
6. Normal day shifts, if different, you will be notified before coming to the Netherlands.

Gross Salary: €19,63 - €22,14

Housing rental fee per week: €115

Health insurance costs per week: €35,49
